2.hire these for entertainmemt dancers,jesters,magiciains and musicans
3.make sure the dishes are done and the table is set
4.for lunch we will have croissants
5.for dinnerwe will have bread sticks chicken and roast beef
6.for desert we will have chocolate ice-cream
7.for refreshment we will have juice and red wine
8.the guests may rest in the spare rooms
